The Russian made 6N6C / 6V6GT / 6P6S / 8802 is a glass
type tube used as output amplifiers in automobile,
battery-operated, and other receivers in which reduced
plate-current drain is desirable.
These are Hand - made Tubes,
NOT machine made.
They are made of smoked glass with hand-blown tube bases.
These are the Very Popular NOS Russian Tubes Manufactured
in the famous "Reflector" military plant in former
USSR in the 1980'S.
6N6C means 6V6 in the Russian Language.
This tube is basically the older octal version of the
EL84.
This is a beautiful made version of the
NOS 6V6 tube. The Sound has a nice - authentic vintage
tone!
Comes in Original Yellow Colored Boxes.
The envelope is glass with an octal base.
It requires an octal
socket and may be mounted in any position. It is
equivalent in performance to type 6AQ5.
