Triode
.5 amps
The Cunningham CX112 Vacuum tube is a triode power tube. It was first manufactured in October,
1925 and requires a UX-Base four pin socket. The CX112 tube is used in Garod EA,
Remler-co Infradyne, Steinite 991, Steinite 992, Steinite 993, Workrite 17, Workrite 37,
Atwater 61 and Atwater 61C radios amoung others.
The CX112 is NOT the same as the CX112-A! The CX112 draws a .5 amp. The CX112-A draws a .25
amp. Now to make things more confusing, a 12-A is the same as a CX112 tube. It also draws a .5
amp. So a 12-A and CX112 are the same. A CX112-A is the .25 amp version.
