Bar Indicator Tube
The 6977 / DM160 / CV5412 Vacuum tube is a subminiature
tubular Bar indicator tube. It is specifically designed
as an indicator for transistorized computers. A
blue-green bar lights up when the control grid is at zero
potential. It is intended to replace HV transistors and
neon lamp combinations as logic state indicating devices.
50VDC at 0.5mA anode in on state; -3VDC on the grid is
enough to cut-off plate current.
6977 Tubes halast up to 20,000 hours and have a 4-pin
flying lead base. ( 4 Wire base )
